Growing up in Augusta, Arkansas, instilled in Rob a deep sense of community and an unwavering commitment to fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves. That calling became personal at age 14, when he lost his grandmother and sister in a collision with a train — a tragedy that would ultimately shape his life’s work.
Rob graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, in 2002 and has spent more than two decades in litigation, including work as a prosecuting attorney, criminal defense counsel, and civil rights litigator, before devoting the latter half of his career exclusively to personal injury law.
Rob is board certified in Truck Accident Law and is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. He is also a past president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and serves as a member of the American Association for Justice and the Arkansas Bar Association.
